First, I’d like to apologize for taking so long with updating. To tell the truth, I’ve been a bit out of it and distracted lately (the past several weeks, actually 
). I’ve bailed out on a lot of obligations, one of which I like to think is this journal. I know, not everything I write about is stuff you want to hear. The upcoming “Story Time” segment (if you think up a better name for it, let me know!) will be about things that most people won’t get. Trust me, it takes a total nerd like me to love these sort of things (thankfully, most of my friends are at least semi-geeks, and I know that at least my brother will find the stuff I’m going to talk about nearly as awesome as I do!). Again, sorry for the delay folks. I can’t promise that I’ll be updating as often as I used to, but I’ll try to get at least something written down in here once every few days. 
Writing in this journal and sharing it with all of you is important to me, and it’s something that gives me great pleasure. I’d hate to stop now, when there’s still so much to talk about!
